Beautiful Apartments was founded in 2012.

Our aim is to offer companies and organizations a comfortable, temporary initial accomondation for their employees during shorter and longer periods.

We started out on a small scale with 40 furnished apartments in Nacka but as the demand for accommodation grew bigger the stock was extended to 420 in Stockholm, Södertälje and Malmö. All apartments are furnished and administered by us in order to guarantee and secure a very high standard. Comfort and flexibility are two of our key words. One single phone call or email to our office and your question should be answered.
My staff consists of a devoted team whose main goal is to meet the demands of our customers and make the first encounter with Stockholm, Södertälje and Malmö as smooth as possible.

With almost 20 years of experience in the hotel and service industry my goal is to lead Beaps and deliver exceptional temporary accommodation to our clients. With a diploma in marketing, public relations and business administration I guide my team with enthusiasm, devotion and optimism and make sure we supply all clients with a smooth, safe and comfortable first accommodation in Stockholm.

I joined Beautiful Apartments in 2015 and with my 12 years of experience in the Corporate Apartment Rental Business I developed an eye for what is of significant importance to the Global Mobility world. Flexibility and problem solving are key words for me and my work scene, as well as personal contact with our clients and developing our business idea along with this great team.

I create and develop unique, imaginative and innovating solutions for each and every one of our customers, having in mind their specific wishes, needs and demands. I am very passionate about my work as well as for the city of Stockholm and I find great pride in representing and combining these two.

I am in contact with people from different companies on a daily basis, who require temporary accommodation for their employees around Stockholm. My tools are mail, phone and social media and I enjoy going to networking meetings. It is incredibly exciting to represent Beaps that offers apartments in a city with leading companies in many industries. In my work it is important to keep up within business because the amount of Swedish and foreign companies that choose to establish their offices in our capital.

I thoroughly enjoy going to work and have long, extensive experience in most crafts and property management. I do everything possible to solve all real estate technical tasks. We strive to prevent property issues, but are pleased to take quick action on urgent matters if they should occur. I live in Vendelsö, south of Stockholm with my fiancé and two children.

With extensive experience and knowledge in the hotel industry, my main focus is to develop the Guest Service department. My team and I take great pride in ensuring that our guests are satisfied by providing a clean, well-equipped apartment upon arrival and ensuring we provide an effective solution to our guests as quickly as possible. Together with my colleagues, we enjoy problem-solving and sustaining a high-level service throughout.

Simmy, Guest Service Coordinator

With several years’ experience in the service industry, I take great pride in my client care skills, understanding that our guests’ expectations should not only be met but exceeded! Being from Scotland originally and having relocated twice myself makes it easier to empathize with our guests’ transition commencing their new journey in an unfamiliar city. We are often the guests’ first point of contact here and I have a great passion for assisting them every step of the way until they feel settled in Stockholm.
